Meet the speakers, Joseph Nemo and Will McNulty!

Joseph M. Nemo, III, is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and is a shareholder at the law firm of Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A., located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Nemo serves as President of his Firm’s Board of Directors and is the Chair of his Firm’s subrogation department and its national workers’ compensation subrogation recovery program covering all 50 states. Mr. Nemo has devoted a significant amount of time to developing new and innovative case resolution models that go beyond traditional subrogation recovery approaches. He has also published a comprehensive set of educational materials designed to maximize subrogation recovery in multiple jurisdictions, and has spoken extensively on the subject for clients, trade associations, and continuing legal education associations throughout the United States.

 

Will McNulty is an attorney at Arthur Chapman in Minneapolis. Will graduated from St. John’s University with a double major in business management and Spanish. Following his undergraduate studies, Will worked as a claims adjuster for 5 years in the Twin Cities. During that time, Will also attended William Mitchell College of Law and was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 2010. He is also admitted in North Dakota and South Dakota. Will works with insurers and their insureds in the areas of workers’ compensation subrogation, automobile, and general liability law. Will has been named a Minnesota Rising Star and Super Lawyer several times. In his free time, Will spends his time with his wife at ice arenas and baseball fields cheering on their two sons. He also enjoys sailing, camping, golfing, skiing, and anything to do with Lake Superior.
