Effective communication at a fire scene is critical to preserving evidence, coordinating stakeholders, and positioning a claim for successful subrogation recovery. This two-part webinar, presented by Chris Konzelmann of White and Williams LLP and Adam Holloway of Genesis Forensics, focuses on the real-world communication challenges that arise during fire loss investigations and how those interactions impact both the investigation and ultimate recovery efforts.
Drawing on decades of combined experience working at fire scenes, conducting origin-and-cause investigations, and managing subrogation claims, the presenters will provide practical, field-tested strategies to improve coordination between insurers, origin-and-cause investigators, and other key participants.
