In subrogation, retaining the appropriate forensic expert is essential. However, finding the right expert is not always easy, especially when the loss involves a newer product or building system. Presenters Gus Sara, Esquire and Jeremiah Pratt, PE will discuss the critical factors to consider when selecting an expert. The presenters will also provide examples of how selecting the wrong expert can be detrimental to recovery efforts. The presenters will also provide examples of newer technologies that require the expert to have more of a specialized background.
