When:  Jul 12, 2022 from 14:00 to 15:00 (ET)

A lawyer’s job is to be persuasive presenting the legal merits of a case, and it is often preferable for counsel to be passionately biased. In contrast, the role of an expert witness is to provide technical knowledge and to assist in understanding the issues at hand to decide the outcome of the case.

The expert’s role is to be objective, credible, and believable. Judges and juries need to understand the testimony, and then decide if they trust the expert’s opinions and supporting evidence. In our presentation, we will provide eight questions you can ask experts to help you choose who will best secure a successful outcome.
