Rebekah McGuire Dye is the Vice President of Legal Operations and Commercial Subrogation Operations at Equian. She began her subrogation career over 20 years ago with Healthcare Recoveries, Inc. and has stayed within the now Equian family of companies for over two decades. She also manages the legal vendor management group at Equian and the Mass Tort program. Her oversight also includes collaboration with all local counsels employed by Equian to resolve matters in active litigation naming Equian clients. She is an active member of both NASP and IDS.
Constance Archer is the Director of Legal Operations for the Healthcare Subrogation Operations Division of Equian. She graduated cum laude, in the top ten percent of her class at the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Florida. Ms. Archer has been practicing law for six years, exclusively in health care subrogation and reimbursement. Currently, she manages a team of nine attorneys responsible for negotiating large dollar health care subrogation and reimbursement claims. She was a member and editor of the Journal of Law and Education and has been published numerous times.
