Each NASP member is expected to conduct business independently and free from any understandings or agreements or other conduct which may restrain competition. Insurance Company information relating to market practices, claim settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of a company’s operation will not be published by NASP. NASP encourages all of its members to avoid discussing business practices that violate any antitrust laws or give the appearance of violating any antitrust laws.
