The benefits of joining NASP are many. NASP offers:

- The NASP
LISTSERV® Email List: This user-friendly email forum allows you to share information with more than 1,400 other members, get answers quickly for your toughest questions and find attorneys and service providers for all your subrogation needs.
Education: Our Annual Conference is an opportunity to meet other Subrogation Professionals and learn more about our industry. There are over 80+ educational sessions with more than 130 speakers to provide you with ample subrogation training and education opportunities.
Chapter Meetings: The demand for education for subrogation professionals has become so intense that NASP has created regions, and chapters within those regions, across the country. Chapter meetings bring excellent education to you and give you the opportunity to learn about subrogation issues specific to the state or region where you work. They also allow you to network with other NASP members and subrogation professionals in your area. Members receive a discount on chapter meeting registration and are invited to join their local Chapter committee.
Benchmarking Studies: NASP has completed the following Benchmarking Studies: 2006, Property Subrogation; 2005, two studies were completed - Automobile Subrogation and Workers’ Compensation Subrogation; 2004, Property Subrogation and in 2003, Automobile Subrogation. All studies are available for purchase through the NASP office.
Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) designation: The CSRP designation is the professional designation for subrogation professionals. It is a statement that those possessing the designation have met stringent academic and experience requirements and have agreed to be bound by the Code of Professional Ethics of Certified Subrogation Recovery Professionals. The course text, Subrogation Recovery: Principles and Practices, is the most comprehensive work on subrogation available and is only available through the NASP CSRP program. Matriculate now, receive your Course Text and Study Guide and prepare to take the exam.
The Members Area of the Website: Available to our members, this section offers a bulletin board, job postings, a searchable membership directory and a searchable database of newsletter articles. NASP membership is currently at approximately 2,300 members.
Technology: NASP is dedicated to developing technology that promotes information sharing and maximizes recovery opportunities.
Networking: Opportunities for networking are plentiful with NASP! You will be able to meet and discuss common issues with professionals in every field of subrogation.
Professionalism: NASP promotes professionalism in the field of Subrogation -- Subrogation staff have traditionally not been given as much respect or stature in the field.
Consumer Protection: By sharing information about dangerous products, NASP can help protect the public and assist all insurers to reallocate risks to where they belong. NASP will share information with government agencies to further benefit the public good.
Advocacy: NASP is an advocate for the promotion and affirmation of the role Subrogation plays, not only our industry, but also our society--Subrogation makes the parties responsible for a loss bear the financial liability.
