Is NASP planning a Golf or Tennis outing at the 2009 Annual Conference?

Yes, NASP is planning both a Golf and Tennis outing at this year's Annual Conference.

The Golf Classic will take place on The Broadmoor's East Course (http://www.broadmoor.com/east-golf-course.php), site of the 2011 Women's Open Championship. Unless the golf course is deemed closed by the Director of Golf, all scheduled play will occur.

The Tennis Tournament will also take place on site at The Broadmoor Tennis Club, which features four new cushioned hard courts and two new Har-Tru courts. Two of the hard courts are covered by an illuminated, heated bubble during inclement weather, allowing for year-round enjoyment.

Will Subro College be offered at the 2009 Conference in Colorado Springs?

Both Subro College 100 and 200 will be offered once again at this year's Conference. Subro College 100, a six-hour intensive course on the basics of subrogation will take place on Sunday, November 1st, in the afternoon, and on Monday, November 2nd. Subro College 200, which follows a product liability subrogation loss from day one through resolution, including a mock mediation, will take place on Tuesday, November 3rd.

Is the 2009 Conference eligible for CE/CLE?
